Meet our Board of Directors

Estella Coleman is a first-generation college graduate with more than 25 years of service to youth and families, she brings a lifelong commitment to mentorship, education, and community development. Raised in rural West Texas, her early experiences shaped a deep dedication to nurturing growth and opportunity for vulnerable populations. Her professional background spans education, faith-based outreach, coaching, and mentoring, with a particular focus on youth facing systemic barriers. Guided by both professional experience and lived insight, she founded Crossing Bridges, Inc. to address the critical gap in life skills, support systems, and transition services for young adults aging out of foster care.

Sarah Coleman is a service-driven leader committed to empowering individuals and underserved communities. Raised in the Dallas, Texas area, she developed an early passion for advocacy that guided her academic and professional path. A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Child and Family Studies, Sarah has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations serving indigent, unhoused, and vulnerable populations. She currently serves as a Senior Branch Manager with First National Bank Texas, where she leads team development and financial literacy initiatives recognized with company-wide community reinvestment awards.

Danielle Ford brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in strategic account management and business development, with a strong record of driving growth, partnerships, and operational excellence. She serves as a Board Member of Crossing Bridges, Inc., where she advocates for evidence-based programs that support youth aging out of foster care through housing, education, employment, and life-skills development. Professionally, Danielle is a Business Rental Account Manager with Enterprise Mobility, overseeing a Dallas–Fort Worth portfolio and leading initiatives that strengthen client relationships and performance outcomes. She is also an active member of Executive Women International (EWI), advancing leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.

Tina Honoré-McGaskey is a servant leader with more than 25 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, having held leadership roles at global organizations including Cisco Systems, Alcatel-Lucent, Trend Micro, and Responsive. She brings a strong governance mindset shaped by risk management, systems oversight, and strategic leadership. Tina is deeply committed to equity and access, serving in leadership roles with Girls in Tech – Dallas and Girls Who Code. She founded the Dallas Youth Council to support justice-involved young women and remains actively engaged with organizations serving vulnerable children and families. Tina leads with integrity, accountability, and impact.

Latricia Johnson is guided by faith and a deep commitment to uplifting others, Latricia brings a thoughtful, strategic perspective to the board. She contributes informed insight through purposeful questioning and collaborative decision-making, shaped by advisory experience across public, private, and family-owned organizations. Latricia has led the development of programs focused on personal growth, life skills, counseling, and mentoring—integrating practical application with strong foundational values. A trusted counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting at-risk individuals, she is dedicated to building accountability, structure, and sustainable pathways that help individuals successfully navigate life transitions and achieve long-term stability.

Ms. Coleman brings more than 25 years of public service to the board, with deep expertise in governance, compliance, and fiscal oversight. She has led complex investigations, crisis negotiations, and sensitive briefings for senior government officials, ensuring adherence to policy, accountability standards, and ethical protocols. Her experience includes managing and monitoring budgets exceeding $500,000, developing data systems for case tracking and program evaluation, and serving as a liaison among government agencies, school boards, and community stakeholders. Ms. Coleman holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and related certifications, providing strong leadership in risk management, compliance review, and strategic decision-making.

Willa Willis brings more than 35 years of executive administrative leadership experience supporting senior leaders across healthcare, technology, and corporate sectors, including Baylor Scott & White Healthcare, Texas Instruments, and Brown & Williamson. She is highly regarded for managing complex, multi-project environments, strengthening operational efficiency, and supporting C-suite and executive teams. Willa’s expertise includes governance support, expense and compliance reporting, meeting and travel coordination, and office operations. A member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), she is known for her adaptability, problem-solving acumen, and commitment to fostering effective, high-performing organizational environments.

Courtney Roberson is the co-chair of communication, specializing in nonprofit communication and community engagement. Courtney brings a fresh perspective on nonprofit communication strategies and engagement to aid in our mission. A Baylor University graduate, she combines her academic background with practical experience gained while working with various nonprofits across Waco. Currently, she serves as a senior agent on the Guest Engagement Team at Brinker International. Courtney is dedicated to driving impactful change in our community as well as bridge the gap in support for young adults aging out of foster care.
