Housing Stability & Transitional Support

Bridge Home supports youth and young adults aging out of foster care by connecting them to safe, stable housing options, emergency assistance, and supportive services across Mesquite and Dallas County. Through trusted referral partnerships, the program helps participants reduce housing instability and build a foundation for long-term independence.

Education Access & Academic Success

Thrive Scholars helps youth aging out of foster care pursue high school completion, college enrollment, vocational training, and certification programs. Through education-focused referrals and advocacy, the program removes barriers to learning and supports academic achievement as a pathway to economic mobility.

Pathway to Prosperity connects young adults to job training, employment services, career coaching, and financial literacy resources. Designed to promote self-sufficiency, the program supports participants in building marketable skills, securing employment, and achieving long-term financial stability.

Whole Health

Physical, Mental & Emotional Well-Being

Whole Health ensures youth transitioning out of foster care can access mental health services, primary care, behavioral health support, and wellness resources. Through coordinated referrals, the program addresses the full spectrum of well-being needed for successful adulthood.
